How lucky am I to be mum to these two, and ._ ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Another almost perfect Mother’s Day (sadly Josh wasn’t with us but sent gifts on the right day! 🥰) but Beth and I had a lovely girlie day: shopping, savoury cream tea made by Beth, and then Wuthering Heights which one of us loved and one of us hated!

Love you both more than you will ever know, and thank you for making me the proudest mum in the universe 😘😘

What a year! A second graduation, your first job as a Primary school teacher, holidays and fun times with family and friends, and even a new car!

I love my job and genuinely don’t do it for any reason other than seeing my clients heal and grow, but I have to admit, receiving such heartfelt words and beautiful flowers, meant the world to me and made me slightly emotional 💕

I was talking to one of my supervisees recently about coming to the end of working with a client and how bittersweet it can be; the ending of a therapeutic relationship, hoping that you’ve made a difference to them but not always knowing what happens next, so I’m very happy that I’ll be continuing to work with this particular client, albeit online as she relocates to another part of the country 💕

What a wonderful weekend celebrating 40 years as nurses with ‘June ‘85’ ❤️

Thanks so much to and Roger for hosting 😘😘 and Del, Eilis, Ruth, Kath and the lovely husbands for a weekend of friendship, laughter, fabulous meals (thanks Giuseppe and Del 😋), a couple of glasses of wine and a lot of reminiscing ❤️

We really missed Al and Amy and hope to see you both at the next reunion ❤️

I began my student nurse training 40 years ago today, with the amazing girls of June ‘85 ❤️

(I’d tag you all if I knew how to do it but there are no kids in the house to help me and Prof David is as useless as me on social media!!!!!)

See you in August to celebrate properly 🥂🍾🎂🎈🥳❤️

And 40 years later to the day, Beth has qualified as a Primary School teacher! So so proud of you ❤️ you are going to be AMAZING!
