Well my new hobby of growing cut flowers has started very slowly. This is my first vase from the garden. I like the wildness of them though.

It was an excellent course too!

Did you know Kate Middleton used acupuncture during her pregnancy — and also as part of her cancer journey?

Acupuncture is increasingly being recognised for its supportive role in both physical and emotional wellbeing — from pregnancy care to navigating serious health challenges. 💛

✨ From easing nausea and anxiety during pregnancy, to helping manage pain, fatigue, sleep disturbances, emotional distress, and more during cancer treatment — acupuncture can be a safe and supportive option alongside conventional care

At the Association of Acupuncture Clinicians (AAC), we’re committed to ensuring our members are at the forefront of safe, effective, and evidence-informed care.

Recently, we hosted a specialist CPD course with Robin Sunley, an acupuncturist working within the NHS oncology setting, helping practitioners understand how to work confidently and ethically with people going through cancer.

Our aim? To help AAC members stay at the top of their game — and to give their patients the very best support possible. We know how supportive and transformative acupuncture can be.

We wish the Princess of Wales - and everyone navigating their own health journey - all the very best. You are not alone.

The very talented made this for me for in exchange for a charity donation (giving to Norfolk Greyhound Rescue). She’s captured my love of acupuncture and my dogs perfectly with no need for AI. I love it!

Happy to be returning back to Norfolk after attending a Cancer Care Acupuncture CPD course run by the amazing Robin Sunley. Robin provides acupuncture support in a Teeside hospital where he supports patients, helping with chemo side effects, healing after radiotherapy and helping with anxiety.

A great day of learning but Camden was SO busy! Pleased to see the green fields again.

Thank you for your generosity I used the company you suggested to get it printed and love the spring colours!

As we age, maintaining health and managing chronic conditions becomes increasingly important. Many older adults are turning to acupuncture to encourage balance, stimulate the nervous system, and promote the body’s natural healing processes.

Acupuncture is particularly beneficial for seniors dealing with chronic pain, especially from arthritis or musculoskeletal conditions. It has been shown to improve circulation, reduce inflammation, and relieve stiffness, leading to increased mobility and comfort. Additionally, it can help ease symptoms of neuropathy, digestive disorders, headaches, and even respiratory problems.

Many older adults also find relief from insomnia, anxiety, and mild depression through regular acupuncture treatments, which can promote a sense of calm and improve overall emotional well-being.

Unlike many pharmaceutical options, acupuncture has minimal side effects and can often be used safely alongside conventional treatments. It offers a non-invasive, drug-free alternative that supports whole-body health and helps seniors maintain a better quality of life.

Before beginning treatment, it’s important for older adults to have a full consultation with an acupuncturist who is trained to deal with health issues, not just musculoskeletal, to ensure they receive appropriate treatment. With proper guidance, acupuncture can be a valuable part of healthy aging—supporting not just physical well-being, but emotional balance and vitality in the golden years.

Some of the questions that people can ask are;
Can you diagnose the cause of the issues?
How much will it be and how often should I come?
Have you have success with this sort of thing before?
