Wishing you all a very happy new year and I hope you've all had a lovely festive season with friends and family.
I just want to say a big thank you to everyone who has supported Pause with Jo over the last year, whether you've been with me from the start, attended one class, shared a post or recommended me to someone; I'm so grateful, thanks everyone π
As for 2026, classes return the week of the 5th here is the weekly class schedule:
π§ββοΈMonday's 6:30pm at the Trinity Church in Thorpe Marriott;
π§ββοΈWednesday's 10am at Balanced Soul Yoga and Therapy in Swardeston;
π§ββοΈThursday's 7:30 pm at the Trinity Church in Thorpe Marriott (free class 8th January)
My classes are a slow flow style of yoga, gently moving through asanas (shapes) whilst connecting to the breath. All students are encouraged to tune in and listen to your body, finding your edges through feeling not forcing and doing what works for you within a safe and supportive space. Yoga has many health benefits and classes may help to build strength and flexibility, both in the body and mind. All levels are welcome, so please do get in touch if you have any questions or would like to join a class.
Offer - if you're keen to try but unsure if my classes are for you, I'm offering a free yoga class to any new students on Thursday 8th January at 7:30pm at the Trinity Church in Thorpe Marriott. Please DM me to book on.
