This weeks Friend in Deed Little Visitors group also included a second birthday celebration for one of our younger friends.
We meet again on Wednesday (15/4/26) from 1030, this week visiting Lily Unit.

This week’s warmer weather brought the perfect time to get out the Archery kit kindly provided to us by Clickers Archery last year for a little early season training. Janet and David had a try, it was Janet’s first go and she enjoyed it.
Over the summer months we will be joining up with Badgers Wood Care Home in Drayton for some archery as they also offer this activity to their residents.

This mornings little visitor group will take place at Rose Unit. We all look forward to seeing you there from 1030.

Amanda came for an Easter visit yesterday with her family. It was nice to see Betsy again. One of our original Little Visitors now well into her first year at school. They all enjoyed meeting Mr Dod.

Amanda will return next Friday morning (17/4/26) at 11 to entertain residents at Rose Unit.

Easter Monday brought the perfect opportunity to burn off some of the calories from the Easter eggs over the holiday weekend when Mr Dod Fitness returned to Two Acres Care Home and just like before it was so nice to see all the staff taking a moment to get involved.

It’s been nice to receive several positive comments about Ryans visit to Two Acres Care Home on Thursday.

About Two Acres Care Home

Two Acres is divided into four Units providing all levels of care for older people, each with its own focus of care speciality.

Two Acres has developed a speciality in caring for older people with dementia and looks at individual needs and diversity.

The Home is set in pleasant landscaped gardens, with easy wheelchair access and seating areas. ‘Maple village’ is used during summer weather for coffee mornings and entertainment.
