We will learn how to relax the physical body; breathing into our internal energy systems that are often on high alert and/or fatigued; calm the busy-ness in the mind; feel and learn to bring space into thoughts & emotions that we often bury deep in the body. The space we learn to cultivate can bring a beautifully nourishing sense bliss/joy/freedom to our psyche.
With practice, this leads to a greater, more wise, understanding of our individual make-up & open our inner realisation of ‘connectedness’ to nature &/or spirituality. This in turn, enables us to experience physical, mental and emotional well-being ⭐️
