Greetings Yogis! π§πΎββοΈπ§πΌββοΈ
Thereβs a lot in the news at the moment about the Coronavirus and I know many people are feeling anxious and unsure about what to do and whether they should go to the gym or classes.
Personal Health and Well-Being is at the heart of all we do, so naturally we want whatβs best for everyone who attends our sessions and our teachers.
For the time being, we will be continuing with our sessions, but please keep an eye on our page for any future changes.
In line with todayβs updated guidelines
Please DO NOT ATTEND if:
You have any cold or flu like symptoms
OR
Any person living in your household has returned from China, Italy, Iran or Republic of Korea within the last 14 days.
For those ABLE TO ATTEND π please be assured we are taking precautions to maintain a clean, safe space for us all.
We clean all our mats and props with anti-bacterial spray between classes and as an extra precaution will be wiping door handles to the studio too.
Please help us by washing your hands with soap and water before and after each session.
If you do need to cough or sneeze during the session, please use a tissue to cover your nose and mouth, bin it and then wash your hands.
