Nissan Juke 1.5 Diesel Injector was replaced by another mechanic but they could not get the injector to seal.
I re-cut the injector seat, cleaned the bore and refitted the injector with a new seal, bolt and clamp all torqued to spec and hey presto all sealed and no future issues.
Just needed doing properly

Thankfully the damage to the BMW was not as bad as it made out to be , I re-tapped the receiving thread, fitted new bolt...

Thankfully the damage to the BMW was not as bad as it made out to be , I re-tapped the receiving thread, fitted new bolts, torqued to spec and now all good and back on the road 😊

So today I’m out looking at a BMW 1 Series
The customer had someone supply and fit a new rear left driveshaft but they have managed to cross thread one of the hub mounting bolts.
If the hub needs to be replaced the parts alone are over £800 plus vat so I’ll be looking to see if I can remove the offending bolt and re-tap the hole to repair it properly
