💡 Did you know you can cancel your appointment using your health APP or on our phone system without having to speak to anyone ?
We appreciate that Life is busy and sometimes we just forget but since 1st March 2025 we have had 398 DNA's ( did not attend ) 😲Please try and cancel your appointment if you cannot attend to allow someone else to have it 🩺💊💉

You 🫵 can still order your prescriptions ☎️📞this afternoon until 4pm and tomorrow between 9-11:30am. The easiest way to order your prescriptions is through the NHS App 📱💻

The prescription line will reopen at 9am on Wednesday 11/2/2026
We ask for 2 working days to process each request.

There seems to be a delay along Derby Street and traffic is not moving - please be mindful of this when attending your appointment today - you may need to allow more time if traveling by car.
