Mind Cleanse with Clare is a holistic mental health therapy that is designed to get to the root cause reason of issues and replace them with healthy new beliefs. It restores the feeling of safety, love and peace within and by effect develops self-confidence and the ability to meet life full on. I trained as a Mind Detox Practitioner with Sandy C.Newbigging at the Calm Academy in 2020, Covid taught me the areas of my life I wanted to develop and how I wanted to go forward with my desires. This is why I am passionate that this form of holistic therapy works. It allowed me to move past beliefs that were holding me back and it still does. I am also a trained teacher and having worked in schools in a variety of different countries around the world. What I have seen is how important it is to believe in ourselves in order to achieve our desires. Many people including children now have not been taught these healthy beliefs. Beliefs are past down subliminally until they are transformed. Therefore, Mind Detox Therapy is fantastic for transforming beliefs because that is what it is designed to do. This brings more clarity, love and acceptance to ourselves and life. Oprah Winfrey said clarity is key in order to manifest what you want in life. Being able to know what we want to work on and what we want is the key to success. I designed a course called Mind Alchemy with that in mind. Using Mind Detox and a range of different tools, this course allows self-awareness of beliefs, emotions and desires to be brought to the forefront of our mind so we can transform them into what will bring forth clarity for success.

This is my happy place. A beautiful woods called . I love this time of year, all the orange, yellows, browns with green. It reminds me to reflect and let go. We do this so naturally every time we breath. We just get stuck on holding on, even when it hurts because we have beliefs around letting go. We feel more comfortable in our patterns because we don’t know how to navigate the thoughts and emotions. We fear it will be worse or we will be left alone with nothing, if we let go of what we have. But then there is no room for the new that wants to come in. If nature held on, we would all die. There would be no new fruit. Don’t let yourself die- emotionally, mentally or spiritually. Learn how to navigate the uncomfortable emotions, the negative thinking and let go of long held patterns and beliefs that are no longer serving you. You have to believe it!
Change your beliefs. Change your frequency to that which is aligned to it.

Yeah but Clare how do I do that? Here’s how 👇

How to do this?
Step 1: write out your goal

Step 2: rate it from 1-10 on how much you believe it.
If it’s lower than a 10.

Step 3: write down everything that comes to mind when you think of this goal.

It is amazing what this brings up.

These are your beliefs around the things you want.

If they aren’t in line with your desired outcome then you need to shift them to what is aligned. That is the only way to make the energy connected to them going to vibrate at the frequency that will attract what you want.

Once your beliefs have been changed, your energy will shift to something lighter, happier. Because you are vibrating at a higher frequency.

It’s that simple.
We just make it hard because we judge ourselves. We compare ourselves. We think our thoughts and emotions are us! When they aren’t.

We all want to feel like this picture, peaceful, tranquil and lost in the moment. But life happens! The alarm goes off for work, we press the snooze, we doze and suddenly we are running 5 minutes behind, playing catch up already with our day.

The mind kicks in, the stress builds and you haven’t even left the house. There are others in the bathroom, tick tock says your mind and the judge comes in with a barrage of reasons you suck. You don’t even realise it’s taken the shame stage until you start to feel crap or anxious and more stress comes.

You grab your bag, coffee, etc, and head out the door. Stress level hitting 8 before the journey starts, and as we attract what we are, of course you get stuck behind the slow driver or the person who you think must not have work today.

Before you know it, you’ve been stressed all day, in a crappy mood and may have even took it out on your nearest and dearest or management in work. You may even have verbally vomited on someone who asked you how you are. A full explanation of why you are 5 minutes late. When they probably didn’t even notice cause you feel you need to justify yourself to the judge in your head.

What I tell my clients to do, who tell me they find it difficult to grab time to calm themselves down or meditate. Is to do a calm moment or play a calm game.

It can be as quick as, become aware of something you can see you hadn’t noticed before, something you can hear you hadn’t noticed before and something you can feel you hadn’t noticed before.

It takes less than a minute, calms the nervous system and gets you present- out of your thought spiral or emotional overwhelm. Once calm, your nervous system calms and the cortisol and adrenaline begins to stop being released. This then engages the more rational part of the mind and allows you to get off the stress train.
