So Iโ€™ve not listened to my own advice this week! I lost my mojo and finding stocking to plan difficult. So much so Iโ€™m expecting another gain this week.
Instead of asking for help or going back to basics Iโ€™ve buried my head in the sand and withdrawn from the page - hence no live yesterday!

I need to remember -
Progress not perfection ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿผ

Wake up and be proud of yourself every day. Every day you stick to plan you are making progress toward achieving your goals.
It all adds up.
A little progress each day adds up to big results.

You didnโ€™t gain weight overnight, you wonโ€™t lose it overnight.
Be patient with yourself.

Donโ€™t you want to see what happens if you donโ€™t give up this time?

Along your journey you might feel mixed emotions, including some like...

'I can't keep going!'
'This is too hard!'
'Can I really do it?!'
'I want to lose more!'
'What if...?' etc.

BUT

What if you didn't keep going?
Don't over think it, just do it! It's only as hard as you make it!
You can do anything you set your mind too!! It's your goal, no one else's.

The only WHAT IFs, are those you create. Don't have what if's, don't hold yourself back form everything you can achieve. Just believe you can do it, and you will! ๐Ÿ™Œ

When you look back, after a stone, or two, or even once you are at goal, you'll be thankful you stuck at it!
