♻️🌲❤️🌈 Last weekend saw our Christmas Tree Collection 2026 take place — and once again, our local community absolutely blew us away 🫶We're still smiling… and... are so proud of the difference we’ve made together💫
Year after year this event continues to grow, and this weekend’s results were nothing short of incredible 📊

What an amazing way to kick off 2026 for Rainbow Hub ❤️
From the first collection to the final tree being chipped, the weekend was filled with teamwork, laughter and that unmistakable feel-good atmosphere that comes from everyone pulling together for the same cause. We are so grateful to everyone who booked a collection, donated generously and supported us in so many ways. 👏 We couldn’t have done it without…

🎄 Our collection crews and supporters, including Envirocare Grounds Maintenance who started collections on Friday and wrapped everything up, 4 teams from Brysdales (supporting us from day one), our very own Max and her husband Garry from Ventbrook, Rob, Karl and Andy from Evans Halshaw Ford (back for a fourth year with their families!), long term friends Jonathan from Rayner Rowan and his daughter Jemima, Chris and his son Alex back again from The Tree Barn , Chris from Jambo Property Services (travelling from Morecambe and spending his 70th birthday collecting trees with his friend Mark), Liam from EMF - Elite Metal Fabs who recruited his son and girlfriend, The Shepherd Family and Pye Builders - NW Ltd who both took on their first route, Graham from Jones Couriers who planned our routes and brought along his son Noah for his collection debut, Peter and Rosie Simpson who never let us down and finally Paul from String who we will be forever grateful to for helping to collate all of the order data!

♻️ Our TREE-cycling heroes Thanks to JCR-Recycling (who recycle our trees into renewable energy and donate skips), Barlow Trailers Ltd, AP Broome Landscapes, and Phil Evans from M Group for chipping trees at record speed with Will and his team from Dodd Tree Contractorswho swooped in at the final hour - Phew!

🌈 A heartfelt thank you to everyone involved, including the members of the community who booked their tree collection and very generously donated we’ve raised vital funds that allow Rainbow Hub to continue improving the lives of children with disabilities — all while providing a really useful service and being kind to the environment. The atmosphere over the weekend was something truly special — community spirit at its very best ❤️
