The Hospital opened in 1987 and currently has 28 single rooms and one double room, all with en suite facilities. 💚Macmillan Coffee Morning💚

Renacres held a coffee morning in support of Macmillan on Friday. There were some fabulous creations and our judges, Ian and Mark were thoroughly impressed. Congratulations to Jo Brown who took the Star Baker title with her delicious red velvet cake! A very close second went to Michelle Robson for her amazing chocolate cupcakes - well done both!

🌟 We’re delighted to share that Miss Sabeen Akhtar has been appointed as the new Group Medical Director at Ramsay Health Care UK! With over 24 years’ experience in the NHS and nearly 10 years with Ramsay UK, Sabeen brings a wealth of expertise, passion, and dedication to outstanding patient care.

As she takes on her new role, Sabeen said:
“I remain dedicated to excellence in clinical care and firmly believe that clinical excellence is inseparable from cultural excellence.”

She will work closely with our Responsible Officer, Dr Rob Parry, who is increasing his time with us, to further strengthen our clinical leadership and support our hospitals nationwide.

Renacres Hospital is pleased to share that Dr Maria Markides, Private General Practitioner, will be increasing her availability to four days a week starting from 9th October 2025.

Dr Markides will be holding clinics at the following times:

Monday: 2:00pm – 5:00pm
Tuesday: 4:00pm – 7:00pm
Thursday: 5:00pm – 7:00pm
Friday: 2:00pm – 5:00pm
