Happy Ta**us New Moon 🌙

So you may have noticed a little change on my profile ✨ For a little while now I’ve been thinking about changing my profile and today I thought would be a good time.

Under this new moon we are given the energy to slow down, to root and look inwards so that we can accept ourselves as who we truly are.

So this Ta**us sun here ☀️ has decided that today, after spending many months coming back home to myself, I’m going to rise up and remember that I’m a bull and not a cow 🐂 I’m here to take up some space and show up just as me 💛

Looking forward to what this new era brings…I’ll hope that you’ll stick around to see 💛✨

🌸May Blessings 🌸

As we step into May I’ve decided to change my spundbaths slightly and move into something that is more aligned with me and how I want to show up to the world.
I am no longer holding sound baths at Aughton Wellness but going forward I am going to hold more in my garden room. Those of you who have already been for treatments will know how much my hideout reflects who I am. And the walk up the garden through nature sets the mood for your treatment or sound session.

It only holds 4/5 people for a sound bath so they are much more nurturing. I’ve popped one date on for now and will be putting more on through the month.

However, if you have a group of friends and would like a small cosy soundbath daytime or evening send me a message and I can sort out a time ✨

My regular sound baths in March ✨

💛As always a comfy bed and pillow are provided for you to relax fully and enjoy the vibrations.
💛 We begin with a short meditation and end with Angelic reiki.
💛This month the theme of the sound baths will be Ostara - Letting go of the old and welcoming the new.

I’m a bit late posting this month.
Im still wintering a lot at this moment.
February for me so far has been has been a lot about going within, self care and deep reflection.

I will now be at St Michael’s Church Hall every 3rd Saturday 6-7:15 ✨
So the dates for the rest of the year are this Saturday 15th November and 20th December.
So if you’d like to take a relaxing pause over the weekend and join me in a soothing sound journey,
