Welcome to The Wellness Tribe Studio! We specialise in Pilates, Barre and Yoga classes for all abilities and all ages 🪐

Since launching The Wellness Tribe at the end of 2022, Rachel and I have hosted 10 retreats in the UK and abroad, including Spain, French Alps, Croatia and this summer we’re heading to Bali. ☀️🪐

We began the search for a new Tribe home last summer and quickly came across 60 Church Street, (previously the Hair Emporium), signed the contract and quickly started renovating to make a luxurious, boutique studio ~ right in the centre of Ormskirk!

We’re now offering small group classes in Pilates, Barre, Yoga, Mum & Baby classes & soon to be adding more. We pride ourselves on offering a range classes for ALL abilities and ALL ages.. everyone is welcome at Tribe.

We have baby ballet classes at both Hurlston Hall and our new studio at Cedar Farm. ✨ We’d love to have you at whichever studio suits you best!

I’ve had a couple of messages asking about age ranges and abilities - it is such a mix! Mums and daughters coming together, friends, sisters etc. Some have done yoga before and some haven’t. Honestly, whatever the situation, you’re more than welcome to join us. 🤍 X

We’ve had the most wonderful two years at Lunar Studios, but even the best things have to come to an end 🧘🏼🤍🩰💕🫶🏻

It might sound a little sudden you’re probably wondering why I didn’t mention it at yoga classes this week, but we made the decision during our classes yesterday and have decided to close immediately. I can tell you more about it when I see you, but if you come to the studio regularly, you’ll know we’ve had lots of roof problems which just don’t seem to be getting fixed, as much as myself and the lovely team at The Chapel have tried. 💕

But I always think these things happen for a reason! So, we’ve found a new venue for our gorgeous Baby Ballet classes at 🩰 which start tomorrow!

I’m yet to find anywhere for Yoga / Barre / Pilates, but I’m sure somewhere will come up, it always does. We’ve got an exciting meeting tomorrow afternoon so I’ll keep you updated on that. 🤞🏻💫

So our next Yoga class is an event with and it’ll be held in the Holistic Studio at Hurlston Hall. 🧘🏼🤸🏼 there’s just two places left if you’d like to join us for that!

Thank you so much to everyone who’s visited Lunar Studios at The Chapel and for making it such a gorgeous space to ‘work’ in. Thank you if you’ve been to one class, attend every week or come for private lessons. We’ve hosted events, held a dance show for 200 ballerinas, had princess parties, had more full yoga classes than we can count and it’s honestly all down to you - I am so grateful. 🤍

We’ll just think of this as taking a long, relaxing savasana and I’m sure I’ll see you all soon, yogi’s. ❤️ X

Our Princess is back at Lunar Ballet over the half term for a full Day of Halloween Fun including singing, dancing, games, crafts & a spooky Princess Visit. Friday 28th October, 10am - 3pm, for ages 3+.

She’s also visiting us on Saturday 29th October at 10am for an hour long visit for ages 0-3. 🎃

🥂 It’s finally time for a holiday on Friday! So I’m getting ready & organised for lots of classes coming in September..

🍑 Ignite Body & Barre is back in four week blocks on Mondays & Wednesdays! I’d love for you to join me! The class is a mix of Barre, Yoga & Pilates, so perfect if you enjoy a Yoga class, but just want that little extra push. No experience required so suitable for ALL.

👶🏼 Prenatal Yoga is back for four weeks on Wednesdays at 6pm. Suitable for women in their second & third trimesters. Guaranteed a good nights sleep!

🧘🏼 Yoga Flow is on as normal on Tuesday evenings and Thursday mornings, just £5.50 pay as you go.

🩰 is back for a new term! We can’t wait to see our teeny ballerinas after our Summer break. You’re more than welcome to come for a trial, just send me a message for more information.

🎭 Finally, keep an eye out for a NEW Theatre Arts class for Primary School aged children, on Tuesdays. We’d love to have your little star join us!
