Gluten, egg, dairy free loaf effort ..number 2 ...
This one I experimented with cassava flour, potato starch and a mix of rice flours. Although it still looks awful, the taste is much better, but there is still a long way to go! I will get to a preservative free, natural solution to a gluten, dairy and egg free loaf of bread๐ช๐ช
