Essentialise Workplace Wellbeing Essentialise Workplace Wellbeing is workplace wellbeing strategy and delivery agency for SME's. Base Essentialise is a workplace wellbeing and coaching company.

We are based in Preston, and we deliver wellbeing to organisations through creating strategy, delivering workshops and coaching employees and teams. Our main services are designing wellbeing strategies for SME's that don't currently have one, helping them to measure the effectiveness of any current provision they have, and select the most relevant wellbeing activities. We also assist in launching

the programmes, and facilitating employee discussion around participation. We also deliver wellbeing workshops and coaching across a range of organisations, from small businesses to multinational corporates.

The love I’ve had from the local press

Has been a massive part of my journey with Essentialise.

So often undervalued and rarely appreciate, the local press work tirelessly to bring news that matters.

And the support they give small businesses in the community often gets overlooked. So here’s to the local media, bringing us news come rain or shine.

And talking of local media, I’ll be on BBC Radio Lancashire at around 7:50, talking business and startups.

Wasn’t expected to start the week with this!

We’ve somehow made the Startups 100 alongside the fastest growing and most innovative startups in the UK.

I’ve also been recognised as an Exceptional Founder and DEI Champion in special awards from the list.

Not much else to say other than feeling grateful. It sure is a journey.
