🌑 Blood Moon Release Ritual 🌑

The Blood Moon is the perfect time to let go of what no longer serves you—old patterns, fears, or heavy energy that you’re ready to release. Here’s a simple practice you can try:

✨ 1. Create a sacred space
Light a candle, burn sage, palo santo, or incense. Sit somewhere quiet where you feel safe and grounded.

✨ 2. Connect with your breath
Close your eyes, place your hands on your heart, and take slow deep breaths. Imagine the moonlight wrapping you in calm, protective energy.

✨ 3. Write it down
On a piece of paper, write down the things you’re ready to release—thoughts, habits, emotions, or even situations that no longer align with your path.

✨ 4. Release with intention
Hold the paper to your heart and say out loud (or silently):
“I release all that no longer serves me. I create space for love, healing, and new beginnings.”

✨ 5. Let it go
You can safely burn the paper (if possible), bury it in the earth, or tear it up and throw it away—trusting that the energy has been released.

✨ 6. Call in the new
End by setting one intention for what you’d like to invite into your life. Visualise it clearly under the glow of the Blood Moon.
