Our Spring Fair will be full of music, performances and activities throughout the day, with something for all ages to enjoy.

🎤 Ashtones Choir, a local choir who practise here at Let’s Grow Preston
🥁 PR Dholis, a vibrant group of young Preston Dhol drummers
💃 Abhi Dance Academy performing colourful and energetic Bollywood dances
🎨 Face painting, workshops and creative activities for visitors to try

There will also be opportunities to hear from stallholders and community groups throughout the day as we celebrate the people and organisations that make Preston such a great community.

There’s something special about taking a moment for yourself before a busy day begins — today it was a peaceful train ride into the city, followed by a gorgeous bowl of porridge and a perfectly made latte.

A little self-care before supporting others to do the same.

I had the pleasure of returning to one of my wonderful regular corporate clients, where 15 team members each enjoyed 20-minute chair massages throughout the day
