📣We are looking for an Assistant Business Development Manager📣

Working alongside the Group Head of Business Development, the role will be largely focused on complex clinical and mental health care, with the primary responsibility for developing relationships with Commissioners, Case Managers, and other key stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:
✅Handle weekend on-call duties for Business Development, responding to new enquiries professionally and efficiently.
✅Support and attend company events to promote our client values and services. This may be anywhere in the North of England and Wales.
✅Conduct client assessments and liaise with teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process, if required.
✅Confidently speak about client services over the phone and in person, providing excellent customer engagement.

The ideal candidate will have:
✅Strong communication and organisational skills.
✅Professional telephone manner and the ability to represent the company.
✅Flexibility to cover occasional weekends and events.
✅Previous experience in a care or business development role is advantageous but not essential.
