Struggling with your mental health doesn't always show up as a break down or panic attack. Sometimes it's quieter. It's waking up tired even after a full night's sleep. It's feeling drained, disconnected, or like the things that used to make you happy just don't anymore. It's the constant fatigue, brain fog, aches, mood swings, and wanting to isolate. It's snapping at loved ones, forgetting things and not recognising yourself in the mirror.
