Taking one day out, neoprene it or not, will recharge you with positivity and energies that you didn't think possible.

Remember there's always something to be grateful for... So go enjoy it.

Skim pebbles on a lake..
Go feed the ducks....
Dip your toes in a stream...
Go eat ice cream...
Climb a tree...
Wave to drivers from a motorway bridge....
Go gather a collection of small wild flowers and press dry them... Put them in a journal .
