Hesketh Bank Pharmacy are looking to recruit a full time Counter Assistant. You must have excellent customer service skills. Applicants must have previous Retail experience or similar role.

Duties will include assisting customers in the selection and purchasing of items, operating the till, stocking and tidying shelves, pricing stock, merchandising and house keeping, answering the telephone all while managing patient confidentiality at all times, you will be required to complete a counter assistant course if not already completed.

Evening everyone, we are aware of some comments shared on a local community page. Just to clear things up.. we had to close briefly today as we were called out to a patient who needed urgent care. We don’t make these decisions to close lightly. If ever the shutters are closed there is most definitely a reason for it. Any questions please phone the pharmacy and we will be happy to discuss.
