The University of Lancashire School of Medicine & Dentistry are holding an event on Saturday March 7th, 2026 to celebrate International Women's Day with a Women's Anatomy and Health Fair in the Harrington Building!

This event is designed for individuals aged 16+ who want to better understand female bodies, feel confident in their health knowledge, and develop the tools to have supportive conversations.

Any men with low mood can go along to one of the Andy's Man Club meetings each Monday 7pm-9pm. Preston has 2 meeting venues - Fatima Health Centre (Preston North) and Penwortham Golf Club (Preston South). They are very welcoming and have helped thousands of men since starting up as a single group in Halifax in 2016.

Why not come along and give our groups a go this Monday? ☕️
Our groups run every Monday 7-9PM (except bank holidays), face to face in nearly 300 locations as well as online.
At our groups there’s no pressure to talk. If you don’t feel ready to talk yet, you can simply enjoy a brew, a biscuit and listen to others talk. ❤️
There’s NO booking and NO fees. Any man 18+ is welcome to just turn up.
