doTERRA Bath Salts:
1 and ¼ cup of Epsom salt (300grams)
1 tbsp baking soda (optional – softens water)
1 tbsp fractionated coconut oil (helps disperse oils)
Glass jar with lid

Relaxing:
Lavender, Frankincense and Balance
Muscle Soothing:
Deep Blue and Lavender
Uplifting:
Wild Orange and Bergamot

Cooling spray:
2 oz glass spray bottle
1 oz distilled water
1 oz witch hazel or vodka
Optional: 1 tsp aloe vera gel

Cooling & Refreshing (Adult)
Peppermint, Lavender and Frankincense

Relaxation Balm:
Option A: Shea Butter (creamy balm) - 1/4 cup shea butter (55grams)
Option B: Coconut Oil (soft balm) - 1/4 cup coconut oil (55grams)
