It really has been an amazing journey writing part of my story, 3,000 words is not a lot when you get to my age, but it's been a really amazing journey, thank you Tracey Munro and Sarah Hulme for your support throughout the process and thank you to all you lovely people who have supported us by buying the book. doTERRA Bath Salts:
1 and ¼ cup of Epsom salt (300grams)
1 tbsp baking soda (optional – softens water)
1 tbsp fractionated coconut oil (helps disperse oils)
Glass jar with lid

Relaxing:
Lavender, Frankincense and Balance
Muscle Soothing:
Deep Blue and Lavender
Uplifting:
Wild Orange and Bergamot

Cooling spray:
2 oz glass spray bottle
1 oz distilled water
1 oz witch hazel or vodka
Optional: 1 tsp aloe vera gel

Cooling & Refreshing (Adult)
Peppermint, Lavender and Frankincense

Relaxation Balm:
Option A: Shea Butter (creamy balm) - 1/4 cup shea butter (55grams)
