W**d Pollen & Hay Fever: What You Need to Know!
W**d pollen season lasts the longest, usually from late June to early September, depending on the plant. And unlike other pollens, w**ds can release pollen any time of year.
You might react to just one type of pollen, or multiple, like grass + w**d pollen, which means symptoms can hang around for months.
Common culprits include:
Ragw**d
Nettle
Dock
Mugwort
Plantain
Top tips to reduce pollen exposure:
Check daily pollen forecasts
Stay indoors on high pollen days
Wear a mask, sunglasses & hat outside
Shower & change clothes after being out
Keep windows closed (especially morning/evening)
Avoid mowing lawns or raking leaves
Dry clothes indoors
Wipe pets’ coats with a damp cloth
Remember: symptoms usually flare when pollen counts go above 50! If you experience these symptoms, talk to a healthcare professional.
Stay prepared, protect your airways, and don’t let w**d pollen catch you off guard this summer. For more information you can visit this link. https://bit.ly/45rqh2c
