The start of a busy weekend saw a Norwest Medical Paramedic Ambulance Crew depart for Northern France on Friday. Their mission, to ensure the safe repatriation of a patient whom had become unwell whilst abroad.

Meticulous planning, great team work and safe effective care saw the patient return to the UK on Saturday for further treatment

This one from last week as Lee & Carl of NW07 met a Turkish Airline flight at MCR Airport to play their part in the safe repatriation of a patient whom had suffered a medical emergency whilst abroad.

Working as part of a wider team of clinicians around the globe, the crew undertook their duties with care and professionalism to ensure the patient's safe return to the UK for ongoing treatment.

Over 200 cyclists rode around East Lancs and the Forest of Bowland area and were supported by our crew and vehicles throughout!
