Sports/Swedish Massage uses medium pressure to help relax your body but works into those tense muscles too, so you get the best of both.

I use a combination of different massage techniques such as kneading, knuckling and effleurage to work deep into the muscle. This will help to increase circulation to the area and release built-up tension.
