🌿 March Yin & Yoga Nidra
Moving Beyond Conditioning ✨
Welcome back to our monthly Yin practice.
We didn’t have one in February, I was away for most of it 🏝️ ☺️ so this feels like a gentle return.
Here is your invitation to rest and return.
We’ll begin with slow, somatic movement to help settle the nervous system. Often before we can be still, something in us needs to soften and release.
From there, we’ll move into deep, restful Yin postures, giving your body and mind space to unwind.
We’ll close with Yoga Nidra, a guided practice of deep rest, where everything is supported (there may be snoring 😴 😂).
All of this held by the energy of early Spring, yes, we are just dipping our toes in…. Working with the element Wood, gently with the Liver and Gallbladder meridians.
These peaceful practices remind us that we don’t have to live in constant pushing. That even when rest feels unfamiliar (I know it does for me), it is necessary.
Rest helps us breathe life back into the body. Back into the mind. Back into the soul.
A space to slow down. To soften. To return back to our essence.
