👶Baby Yoga - Thursdays 12pm
Suitable for babies from 18 weeks

Learn fun Baby Yoga moves that are designed to increase yours and your baby’s flexibility and strength. We learn moves that develop babies parachute reflex, spatial awareness and coordination. We finish the session with a much needed relaxation session for you both

£43.50 for the 5 week term as this includes your Baby Yoga Sensory Set that you use during the class and then keep

👶Baby Yoga and Massage Fusion - Thursdays 1.15pm - Suitable for babies from 8 weeks

The class starts with some gentle exercise for baby, fun stretches and sensory discovery of the body that helps control the Moro Reflex (startle) building confidence and trust between your baby and you.

We then move on to massage the baby stimulating the whole body through a developed butterfly technique. Ending with a beautiful relaxation session offering some time out for both you and baby.

£43.50 for the 5 week term as this includes your Baby Yoga Sensory Set that you use during the class and then keep.

No experience of Yoga is necessary

As the longest night of the year is within sight 👀, we are welcoming a beautiful group of women to gather with us in circle at Chakra for the Winter Solstice - 🌟 Sunday 21st December 🌟🕯❤️🌹❄️ (last few spaces available!)

It's a moment where we embrace the darkness and also feel the connection to our inner flame, our inner light, as we begin to welcome the returning light ✨️

In amongst what's often a busy time of year, this circle is a gentle invitation to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself before the year closes. Through guided reflection, ritual, movement and shared sisterhood, we’ll honour the lessons of the year we've just had, clear and let go of what feels heavy, and plant the first tender seeds for the light rising again. If you’re craving connection, nourishment, and a relaxing space to come home to yourself, I’d love for you to join us.
