Look at this smile! 😁 This is Daniel Elliott , and today we’re celebrating his 30th visit to Bamber Bridge Nutrition —and what a journey it's been! 💚

Here’s what Daniel has achieved so far:

🥹 Milestone Moment at the Club Yesterday – I’m Feeling Grateful Beyond Words 🙏

Yesterday, something special happened…

👣 Visit number 71 walked through the doors of our club, and I had a moment.

I got emotional — not because of the number itself, but because of what it represents.

This club started as a dream. A vision. One that, at the time, only I and a few incredible people believed in. We couldn’t see the full picture, but we felt it — the energy, the purpose, the why behind it all.

Now, that tiny spark has grown into something bigger than I ever imagined.

2022 vs 2025.

On the left, I was smiling—but deep down, I felt stuck.
Bloated, tired, frustrated… and silently losing confidence day by day.

I thought I was in good shape.
I thought I knew what I was doing.
But I was stuck in a toxic loop:
Strict all day.
Binge all night.
Then wake up the next day and pretend everything was fine.
