✨What is Gua Sha?

Facial Gua Sha is basically an ancient Chinese massage technique that’s been around for centuries but is having a major moment right now, the practice involves taking a smooth, cool stone tool, usually made of jade or rose quartz, and gently scraping across the face in specific strokes.
