Gua Sha lymphatic drainage & Ice globe therapy facial 🌿

✨What is Gua Sha?

Facial Gua Sha is basically an ancient Chinese massage technique that’s been around for centuries but is having a major moment right now, the practice involves taking a smooth, cool stone tool, usually made of jade or rose quartz, and gently scraping across the face in specific strokes.

✨Why?

It actually feels amazing, the gentle pressure helps move lymphatic fluid that can cause puffiness, boosts circulation and relaxes tight facial muscles, think of it as exercise and toning for your face!

✨What is ice globe therapy?
