Slow Sunday for me, preparing for a busy couple of weeks of final term classes and then Easter Parties!

8 years in business I still experience the pre party/pre term anxiety wanting everything to be perfect, hoping everyone enjoys it, hoping sessions fill. Being your own boss is amazing in so many ways, but the constant self doubt and worry can eat away and shadow the positives.

To all you working parents/carers juggling daily life, kids and work or studying. Those whose maternity leave is nearing the end with return to work worries. Those who have given up their careers and committed these years to solely looking after your little ones. Here is your reminder that even on those harder days, we are always trying our best and that is all that matters xx

Nurtured by Hand is exactly what you need 🫶🏻

We have our own hub based in Much Hoole, Preston with a home from home environment, comfy sofa, soft flooring, calming lighting, baby scales even a sensory Baby change room!
Exciting weekly themes, social time in every class and a brew that is made and brought to you ☕️

Nervous? Absolutely no need, you will feel welcomed and safe to just be yourself. I stand in the entrance to greet everyone in personally for every session before you head into the class room.

"But what if my little one gets upset?" That's ok, feed, change, just cuddle or hand them to me for a cuddle whilst you enjoy your brew 🥰 I am a Mummy of 3, 8 years in business and I get it! Classes are fully baby led.

Classes run Monday-Friday 3x a day so you are guaranteed to find something that fits around that precious nap time.

Happy Mother’s Day 💐

Today we celebrate all the wonderful mums who give their love, time and energy every single day. To the mums, step-mums, foster parents, grandmas, aunties and carers who nurture, guide and care for little ones — you are truly amazing.

We also want to acknowledge that today can be a difficult day for many. For those missing their mum, those who have lost a child or those who are longing to become parents, hearts are with you today.

And to the carers and nurturing figures who show love, patience and kindness to others, even if they are not called “mum” — you are valued more than you know.

Sending love and kindness to everyone today, whatever Mother’s Day means for you 💛

This awful weather has me thinking and longing for Summer! ☀️

As many of you know, July & August means a stop to termly classes and hello PAYG specials.

It allows that flexibility for holidays/siblings off school etc and I try to offer something for all ages from birth.

Over the years we've had UV foam parties, Zookeeper experiences, Mini movies, Messy Play, Festivals, Chocolate making and Tie dye, Brunch & Spa, Disney Magic and more!

You now have the chance to tell me what you'd like to see or what you would want me to run again, any crazy ideas etc I would love to hear! These sessions take weeks of planning so get those ideas in below and I will see what I can do! 💜🫶🏻
