🎄All the staff at the surgery would like to wish our patients a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

We have been touched by all the well wishes, cards and gifts we have received and would once again like to thank you all for your continuing kindness and generosity.

Our surgery opening times over Christmas are as follows:

From Monday 5th January usual surgery opening hours resume.

For medical assistance when the surgery is closed - 111 via telephone/online can be used to have your medical query triaged.

As the flu season is upon us and we are seeing a rise in the amount of flu cases locally, please follow the link below to self manage your symptoms.

If you do need to attend the surgery to see a clinician in person and you are symptomatic, please ensure you use the hand gel on arrival and wear a mask to protect others💙

‼️URGENT ANNOUCEMENT‼️

There is a national outage with WiFi which is severely affecting our computer systems.

We are unable to access surgery emails, complete EPS prescriptions and referrals.

We have been made aware that people are working to resolve this as soon as possible.

If you query or concern can wait until next week we would very much appreciate you calling us back then.

Please be aware our staff are trying our best to maintain the highest level of care they can throughout this outage - please be kind.

‼️The GP Partners would like to make the following statement regarding todays sudden temporary closure of the WARD at Longridge Community Hospital‼️

Stonebridge surgery GP's and staff are extremely concerned and disappointed at the sudden closure and loss of of this valuable service to our patients and the local community.

We would like to point out also that we have not been invited to or involved in any of the discussions about this closure.
