Meet Pauline 💙

Yesterday, Care Coordinator Tanya started her visit with a little living room dance with Pauline — the perfect start to a joyful day! 💃🕺
They then headed out for a spot of shopping, a scenic drive through the country lanes, and a surprise visit to the Advanced Homecare office, where Pauline enjoyed a long-overdue catch-up with Registered Manager Aidan, who has been proudly managing her care since 2018.

The bond between Aidan, Tanya, and Pauline is a true reflection of the friendships that grow through compassionate care. It was such a pleasure to have her visit us!

Captured by our carer Karen, this special moment reminds us how lucky we are to hear the stories and memories our clients choose to share with us. It’s a privilege to be part of their lives and to celebrate their journeys, past and present.

This is Betty 💙

Tomorrow, Betty embarks on a new chapter as she moves to Yorkshire to live with her family. For the past 5 years, we’ve had the absolute pleasure of caring for Betty, and she’s brought so much warmth, laughter, and love to everyone she’s met.

To say farewell, we threw her a tea party filled with homemade sandwiches, cake, and trifle – all lovingly prepared by her wonderful carers Helen, Charlotte, Hollie, Esther and Elise.

As a keepsake, we gifted Betty a framed photo of her and her care team to take with her — a little reminder of the time we’ve shared and the friendships she’s made 💛

Betty, we will miss you dearly. Wishing you all the happiness and comfort in your new home 💐

This is David, beaming after his morning visit from the carer and a lovely afternoon at craft club! 🎨✨
Once a week, David joins in with other members of the community to create something new — and this week he’s come home with this beautiful handmade table centrepiece.

Community gatherings like these are so important for people like David — they provide a reason to get out of the house, make new friends, and pick up new skills. And judging by that smile, we’d say he had a wonderful time! 😊

Here’s Barbara out enjoying the lovely weather with our wonderful carers Petra and Ellie. They made the most of the sunshine, spent time in the garden, and Barbara had a great time watching the Freckleton Club Day parade on Saturday too 🎈💐.

Tony didn’t manage to get out yesterday for his social visit with all the rain and grey skies, so he’s had a lovely lunch hour sat in the garden with sun on his face. He’s had a nice catch up with Hollie, all whilst admiring the summer flowers coming into bloom🌸
