With support from the team, CP has been working on increasing his skills around self-medication. This progress reflects a significant step towards greater independence. Well done CP!

🌟 Strengthening Community Partnerships 🌟

We're thrilled to share our partnership with the Preston & District Carers Support Group. Our fantastic Occupational Therapy team were on the hunt for resources to support the families of our residents and in doing so, have established this fantastic partnership!😀

We've received valuable updates which we have shared with the families of people we support and through our partnership, we also discovered a local Over Fifties Carers Group.

We are keen to give back to our community, and so our OT Team offered to provide support the over 50s group, which has been a tremendous success. We've just wrapped up our second OT support day, where we provided practical feedback and demonstrations (special shoutout to Liam, our Equipment Champion!) ⭐️

It was a great session and we look forward to nurturing this partnership and supporting our community further!

Today, our Yorkshire services have been shooting some content for our new website (watch this space!) 👀

We’ve had such a great day! An individual we support treated us to a homemade curry, we had afternoon tea, and we even got to experience a DJ session ! It’s been great to spend time with our frontline teams too, and hear why they love working for Active Pathways.

Its days like today that reinforce why we do what we do, and what a great company we are to work for 💜

🏡✨ Our residents at Heathy House had a blast last Saturday at our Chinese-themed night! 🥢🎉 This has now become a weekly tradition, with everyone eagerly joining in. From mastering new recipes to fostering a sense of community, our residents are developing their skills as part of their rehabilitation pathway.
The team at Heathy House will be exploring the flavours of different cuisines, one delicious dish at a time! You may have to save us a seat at the table next time, as this looks delicious!
