Well I’m back to reality…after my wedding.
Sincere thanks to all members for the very generous gifts and cards that we received. I’ve read all the the messages in the cards and they mean the world to me.💕

Starting as I mean to go on, I’m straight back on track today, this is where the hard work starts for me, trying to stay at target.!!🙀 Feel free to kick me up the bum if you see I’m slacking.!!

For you, In group, there is a lot going on, new magazine this week and a brand new (6 or 12 week ) countdown offer…. Plus the return of bring a friend and get a free week. This is a good opportunity for you to message or call your friends that you’ve not seen at class for a while….encourage them to return, it would be helping them get back on track.
