Im now on maternity leave so messages won’t be responded to for a few weeks! For a workaholic who only takes 2 weeks off a year, safe to say I don’t know what I’m gonna do till she arrives to keep me busy 😂😅

Thank you to all my amazing clients who have been so supportive and given me all the best words of wisdom ready for little ones arrival! Will miss PTing you all over next couple of months 🥰🥰

There are many benefits when it comes to ante natal exercise! 🤰

Always make sure your midwife/gp gives you the okay to exercise while pregnant. You can always ask an ante natal PT like myself for advice also!

The important thing to remember is, your not trying to improve your fitness while pregnant! Your just trying to maintain it.

If you have a bad few days does that mean you’ve ruined your progress? 🤔

No of course it doesn’t! It would take a lot to undo months/years of good hard work!

We all have off days when it comes to workouts and nutrition, it may not be easy to accept but yes it’s normal! 🙋🏼‍♀️

At the end of the day you also need to have a life. Go out with friends, family, enjoy good holidays etc! Sometimes that means indulging in good foods…I mean how miserable would life be if you totally avoided these foods! 🤦🏼

As long as you get back on track after the events then it’s absolutely fine! Don’t punish yourself or feel the need to go on a binge because you enjoyed life events!!

It’s all about that 80/20 balance between health and life! 🥰

Ways to help relieve stress 💆🏼‍♀️

We will all have different types of stress factors that may effect us daily. This can have an impact on reaching your goals with weight loss/ muscle gain.

Ways you can help relieve stress:
🔸Working out
🔸Getting out in the fresh air for a walk.
🔸Morning meditation
🔸Split up big tasks
🔸Talk to someone
🔸Plan ahead and write to do lists, so things don’t seem as crazy!
🔸Allow yourself to think positively! Write down 3 things you are thankful for daily.

Whichever works for you give it a go! Self care and not letting yourself get burnt out can make a massive different to your goals 💪🏼

Results like these don’t happen overnight! 🙌🏼

They take months of hard work, building new habits, consistency and not giving up when you don’t see results in the first month or 2!! 🤦🏼‍♀️

By taking your time and doing it right these results will stay! Just like your new healthy habits! We all have bad eating days, but it’s about getting back on it the day after! 🥰

Do it the healthy consistent way…no fad diets and no restrictions! 👌

1 year since we opened up our doors again after lockdown!! 🎉

After an awful 10 months not being able to see our clients face to face, and having to get used to zoom PTs! We came out of it better than ever and appreciating how lucky we are to have jobs we love!!

It’s been an amazing year! Getting to see our long term clients again and taking on lots of new lovely clients!! 🥰
