A lovely collaboration with Vicky Robinson Elysium Holistic by Vicky Robinson

Join us for a deeply nourishing Sunday afternoon sanctuary, designed to help you slow down, soften, and reset.

This 2-hour immersive experience begins with a full hour of gentle Yin Yoga, led by myself, allowing the body to release tension, calm the nervous system, and create space for stillness and breath.

Following this, Vicky will guide you into a soothing Soundbath, using healing vibrations and sound to support deep relaxation, emotional release, and energetic balance.

Just to say that the complementary therapies at Cancerhelp were amazing. So relaxing and comforting after the harrowing ordeal of losing someone to cancer.
I particularly looked forward to and totally immersed myself in the sound bath sessions whereby Vicky filled the room with the most soothing and beautiful sounds from her crystal bowls.
I had never experienced anything like it before and for the first time in a long while I felt completely calm and soothed which helped immensely with the long and painful healing process.

Cancerhelp is an amazing facility and all the staff were so kind and helpful. I was fortunate enough to be able have some invaluable talking therapy and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) plus complimentary treatments which all combined were invaluable in helping me begin the process of dealing with the pain of losing a loved one to cancer.
