How do you handle it when life goes awry?
This year my plans called for 3 triathlons... alas, life had other plans!
On the 25th May, while training for my next race, a dog ran into my bike and knocked me off, leaving me unconscious with quite a few injuries.
The bruises - as spectacular as they were - have healed. I'm left with a broken shoulder that is healing, and haven't been able to ride a bike since!
6 weeks of No Driving
3 months of No Swimming
4 months of No Running
Still no Cycling...
My lovely long hair became impossible to manage, so I now sport a short bob...
And I've decided to give my body the best chance to recover by doing the Forever Living Products F15 programme.
In the same way that I went back to Couch to 5k to restart running, I'm starting at the Beginner Level 1 stage of the programme...
It's the best way I know to kick start my training!
