Core strength and balance work are super important for children as it improves muscle strength, prevents injuries, contributes to brain development and better posture.
Children……one simple way to practice and improve balance at home is just standing on one foot and trying to increase your time each day. Or see if you can progress to trying the tree pose to incorporate some calm and stillness in your day 🌳
