Happy New Year! 🎉 From 5th January 2026, we will be changing over to a new PMR (Patient Medication Record) system. This system has been designed with patient safety and dispensing accuracy at its core, along with clearer communication and a more efficient pharmacy process. While we train our staff, there may be temporary delays with prescriptions, and during the first month some medication brands may not be dispensed automatically. If you have specific brand or box requirements, please email us at Contactus@sharoegreenpharmacy.co.uk with the details. Please bear with us during this transition, and we appreciate your patience while we get fully up and running. Allow up to 72 hours from your initial request with your GP practice. Patients who have paid for delivery will continue to receive this service as normal. All other prescriptions will be set for collection by default. After 23 years of offering free deliveries, we sadly must introduce a small fee from 1st Oct 2025 due to reduced government funding.
