As a busy, full-time working mum, Sam needed a plan that was easy, convenient, and flexible enough to still enjoy meals with her family in the evenings.
Before starting The 1:1 Diet, she felt bloated, lethargic and self-conscious, and after trying countless diets and group settings, nothing seemed to stick.
