(If you are on a journey of self-discovery awakening into your higher mission and divine truth then you would be very aware of the elevated and at times extreme energies that are guiding and shaping the path forward, the clues that can have us experiencing the highest highs, and sometimes lowest lows.

For me, my sub-conscious expresses vividly through my dreams to help me understand and continue taking that 'next step'. This week, in one night this big cutie (that me and my partner affectionately named Tyrone) showed up protecting me. It was really something to experience and stayed with me at my core guiding me to express him and bring him to life through this drawing. His energy, the light language, the connection of how he makes my heart race when I connect with his energy - just WOW, is the thought that comes to mind.

So, I am KNOWING now that as I continue to walk in my truth that Tyrone is now part of my higher divine teams assisting in whatever way is needed for me, for you as we connect and evolve together. I am just in awe at this journey, thankyou for your presence and part in that - actively or not, I appreciate you!

Hello and happy Saturday ☀️

I am currently fortunate to be in Bishop, Auckland which is north east of UK. I am on a meetup with 7 other amazing souls and as we wake to day 2 I am already feeling that magic of what is unfolding.

The meetups are for QHHT practitioners and are a space of personal and professional growth that happens to also help Gaia and the collective as the expansion of light and awareness awakens and anchors through us, and around us with what we are doing. It is like a beautiful dance with the melody of the universe weaving potentials where before they were challenged or non existent.

Some experiences happen in ways words can barely convey.
On July 25, during a personal regression in a QHHT session, I felt a deep remembering unlock. Something shifted within me ... my mind, my body, my soul. It was more than a healing; it was a profound activation. Since then, my days and dreams have been alive with symbols, messages, and confirmations. Over the weekend we took some family time in the beautiful Borsdane Woods. This magical woodlands with a beautiful stream running through the length of it was perfect for a picnic and time out with the family.

The first photo is sharing that beautiful scene with you.

The following 4 photos are the magic that is happening that I believe is associated to the rising vibration of the planet, the way light workers across the globe are healing GAIA. These huge stumps that have been dormant for years, literally years, are now reshooting as we come into harmony with the planet and elemental energy. I could have taken SO MANY similar photos of this. I am in awe of how this growth and energy in the forest is coming back in such momentum and strength.

I truly believe in all of you, keep doing what you are doing, just by being here and being the light it is making a difference and life is birthing in ways that it has not done in so long. This brings me such a feeling of excitement of what more is happening that we are not able to yet perceive!

EVENING RESET RITUAL: Come Home to You

As the day closes, take a moment to come back to yourself. Whether today was soft or stretching, peaceful or overwhelming, your body held you, your soul guided you, and your breath carried you.

This four-part affirmation offers a gentle ritual to release what’s not yours, calm your nervous system, and return to your energy.

✨ Begin by sitting or lying down in a quiet space. Place your hands over your heart or belly. Take a slow breath in… and exhale deeply.
