Award update 🌟

We are so proud to be presented with our platinum award for palliative care.

Sadly, we did not win overall but to be nominated as care home of the year is a fantastic achievement. It is so nice to have recognition for the hard work and dedication of our brilliant team.

🌟 GSF - PLATINUM 🌟

Laura and Jan have travelled down to Birmingham today ahead of tomorrow's award ceremony 🌟

Not only were we given platinum status for an outstanding 100% on our GSF inspection, we were also nominated for care home of the year. 🏆

It is with great sadness that we post about the passing of our colleague Vivian Clarke. Fondly known as "Nurse Viv"
Viv started working at Oakfield in 1999 and sadly had to leave us in 2022 due to ill health.
She had passion for her role as a learning disability nurse and her expertise in this area was invaluable.
Viv was a much loved member of our team and was "work mum" to many.
Our love and thoughts are with Viv's family 🥀
