⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Patient Feedback ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We ask all of our patients to complete the friends and family test after their 1st and 3rd session with us. This asks them to score how likely they are to recommend us to their friends and family. Since starting this in December 2024, I am really proud to say that we have a net promoter score of 100/ 100!!

We are very focussed on providing a top class experience for all our patients, where they feel valued and listened to, and this really shows in the feedback we receive.

New Kit day!

🚨 Personal Achievement Post 🚨

This morning I achieved something that I’ve not been able to do for the last 2-3 years… dumbbell bench press- PAIN FREE!

I have been struggling with a calcific tendinitis in one of my rotator cuff tendons for several years and in November last year finally saw the amazing Professor Funk and had a barbotage procedure (they puncture the calcium deposit with a big needle and then suck it out 🤢).

It’s been quite an enlightening journey since this procedure, that has given me some perspective from those usually on the end of my treatment, you the patient.

I have had times where I thought I was doing really well with it and times where I thought ‘this hasn’t worked’. But, slowly but surely it is getting better and stronger and today I have managed to do something that I either haven’t been able to do at all, or has caused significant pain for years.

The moral of the story- you will have peaks and troughs in any rehab journey, but stick to the plan and take your little wins! 💪🏻

We have had the pleasure of working with this very inspirational 88 year old lady since she fell and suffered nerve damage in her shoulder, initially meaning she couldn't even move her arm an inch away from her side.

She has worked really hard over the last few months and is now able to eat normally with a knife and fork, dress herself and is even turning back the clock throwing and catching balls! She plans to do these activities and games with her great grandkids as practice! It just goes to show you can improve your situation whatever your age through hard work, grit and determination!
