We will not engage with anyone who posts disruptive, offensive or abusive posts, including posts that contain swearing or libellous statements. Any users who we feel are repeatedly misusing our channels will be blocked and reported.

As most of us are in full on Christmas overwhelm at the moment, it can be easy to forget ourselves and our own needs. If you are a parent/carer of a child with SEND needs, life can feel tough at times. Being able to have a safe space to talk about what's going on can be so helpful in keeping perspective and keeping us going!

As we head into a new year in a few short weeks, it could be a good time to focus on our own wellbeing a little and find some time for us.

Our Counselling service is available to parents/carers, and those over 18 who are registered with us (registering is easy! Just head over to our website 😊)

Our Counselling service is FREE and we have availability for January.

If you are interested you can start a chat with us by email info@aiminghighercharity.org.uk, or give us a call on 01253 206447
