I have started a full time job as an apprentice mentor. I am stopping teaching yoga and looking forward to attending classes as a student. Take care everyone & thank you for your support. Keep up your own practice and maybe see you in another class some day 🙏 namaste

Summer term with The Yogi Group is simply lovely. An after school club in the tranquil setting of Winnmarleigh and back to full class sizes at Garstang Community Primary. Feeling bright 😊🙏🧘‍♀️

Enjoyed a yoga session with Ribby's delightful pre-schoolers this morning. We explored the rainforest and made some animal friends 🌈🌴. Seb the Slothcorn made his first appearance whilst Nora the Llamacorn was having her rainbow locks groomed before November lockdown.
