Run, reset, sauna & cold plunge!

Join our Flex Coop Run Club every week in Croston - a relaxed 5.6km social run or walk around the village and beautiful farmland

Then finish with contrast therapy at the lake.

Traditional sauna
Infrared sauna
3 cold plunges (all different temps)
Complimentary electrolytes

Thursdays
6:30pm run → 7:30pm Sauna Social (£8)
Book under “Coop Community” & “Sauna Social”

Sundays
8am run → 9am contrast therapy (£12)
Book under “Coop Community” & “Post Run Club Recovery”

You can come alone, walk, jog, or run - we always have a mix of abilities.

Run club is completely FREE.

Just book contrast therapy if you’d like to stay afterwards.

We honestly can’t thank you enough.

Seeing this space full week after week means everything to us.

Your Friday night, done differently. 🌙✨

Starting 20th March… we’re hosting weekly alternative Friday nights at FlexCoop.

Some weeks sound baths, some weeks breath work, always a reset.

Every Friday at 7pm, come and completely switch off.

We’ll have 4 regular hosts (and we’re still searching for 1 more to join the line-up)

- second Friday of every monthalchemist — third Friday of every month
— last Friday of every month

7pm – Hosted event
8pm – FlexCoop sauna & ice bath session

As well as the hosted session, your ticket includes:
– A cup of herbal tea
– Water
– Full sauna & cold plunge session

You’re also welcome to bring your own food & drinks if you fancy a little post-session picnic moment 🧺

£30 per ticket.
