I just wanted to say a massive thank you to all my lovely clients who have supported me over the last couple of months! I have really enjoyed working with you all 🤩... I am so excited to announce that my very OWN website will be launching in the coming weeks, I can’t believe it! Following your treatment you may feel a little tender, some may describe it as a ‘DOMS’ type pain... I always explain to clients that this is normal and this should improve around 24 hours post-treatment. Follow these little tips to optimise the benefits of a sports massage ✨💆🏼‍♀️💆🏼

Starting Thursday 22nd April, and EVERY Thursday onwards I will be opening my diary, appointments are available: 5-8pm (on the hour) 🤩

** This offer is valid between 22.04.21 - 27.05.21 ** 🗓

45 minute appointment: £20

This includes:
- 10 minute consultation
- 35 minute therapeutic sport massage & advice/further management tips

This will allow me 15 minutes between appointments to remain covid secure and complete all the appropriate cleaning requirements, I will be following all precautions necessary to maintain client safety! You will be informed of what precautions you are required to take prior to your appointment.
