Not all perimenopause symptoms are caused by low oestrogen. ‍♀️

Sometimes it's actually high oestrogen, or more specifically, an imbalance of oestrogen and progesterone, driving how you feel — and without testing, it's impossible to know which way
your hormones are running.

That's why I recommend functional hormone testing for my clients — including the DUTCH test and, in particular, the new Genova Diagnostics Women's Health+ test.

This test can reveal:
● Your s*x hormone levels
● How your body is processing and eliminating those hormones
● Your cortisol patterns across 24 hours (perimenopause can make us especially
sensitive to stress hormones)
