These are some of the things women with PMS are regularly told.
Here's a different perspective:
✔️ PMS has real, identifiable root causes — including nutrient deficiencies, blood sugar imbalance, stress, and hormonal fluctuations
✔️ What you eat, how you sleep, and how you manage stress all have a measurable impact on your symptoms ✔️ Meaningful change is possible — without necessarily relying on medication
